Reservation: We require $400 security deposit to hold a booking in our Vacation Rental home, balance is due 30-days prior to arrival. We accept payment via personal or company checks, money orders or credit cards (VISA / MasterCard and Discover). Booking this property is on a first come first serve basis. Reservation deposit or payment is necessary to hold your reservation.
Minimum Stay: Our Vacation Rental property requires a two (2) night minimum stay during Low Season and a four(4) night minimum stay on Holidays and during Peak Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
Cancellations: 60 days notice required for refund.
